In bulk material loading and unloading operations, a large amount of dust is easily generated during the falling process of materials, leading to environmental pollution. Our company's dust suppression and discharge hopper has a unique structure, which is a closed funnel body as a whole. The upper cover plate is bolted to the lower funnel body, and the inlet flange of the cover plate can be customized according to the outlet flange of the supporting equipment. It is easy to install, highly adaptable, and has high sealing performance.
The dust suppression hopper designed by our company is based on the Bernoulli effect generated by the rapid flow of materials. The unique structure of this dust suppression hopper has been proven to be reasonable and feasible through practical experiments, and has obtained two patent authorizations, namely: a dust suppression discharge device: ZL201920519821.4, and an adaptive dust suppression discharge device with different angle changes: ZL202020307283.5.
